Lots of amenities not there, tv not working both days, no proper reception for complain. Safe is working as manager also.

TV,Minibar,hair dryer,room slippers and many things are missing, TV is there but just a showcase, 1st day told me network issue is there,if problem persist in 2nd day also ,we will shift your room to an another wing,but no change,and during check out they told me,"daman diu ke kisi resort me ruke hain kya aap,kya waha TV chalti hai kya"🤷what a joke,then why u paste a TV on wall? bhai inse koi extra service lelo to inhe full payment chahiye,but inki service missing ho to uska paisa deduct nhi karen denge... room service k liye chote chote bacche laga rakhe hain,jo kisi cheez ka koi satisfactory answer nhi de pate,resort me koi reception nhi dikha mujhe to jaha ja k baat kar sake hum,inka head safe he resort manage karata hai,aur kitchen bhi... review is 100% True,Go and check.

We had a wonderful 2-day stay at this resort, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond by upgrading our room for free, understanding our need for extra comfort as we were traveling with a 2-year-old baby. The food was excellent, with a variety of delicious options that exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the resort arranged a seamless local tour in Udaipur, making our visit even more enjoyable and convenient. What truly stood out were the hosts – they were the best I’ve ever met, making us feel completely at home. This resort is a gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Udaipur.

Very pleasant stay!rooms are spacious and spotless with great decor. Very homely peaceful environment. Food quality very good. Staff were very attentive, dedicated, incredibly welcoming and helpful.
